Terms and Conditions - Reference Partner Program

This confirms that you have read the Reference Partner Program Agreement (“Agreement”) and agree to participate in The ASP Corporation Reference Partner Program for a period of one year (the “Term”) from the date set forth, with the option to renew one-year terms thereafter. The ASP Corporation Reference Program is available for VisionPoint software customers. Specifically, the customer agrees to participate in the following Reference Program activities when needed:

o	Sales reference for prospects
o	Client reference for the media
o	Product representative for press release
o	Success story for marketing material, website and media advertisements
o	Product representative for speaking engagements

In exchange for participating in The ASP Corporation Reference Partner Program, customer will receive:

	50% off the cost of the VisionPoint Software 
	Priority access to our Technical Support System
	10% discount off all Technical Support 
	Free upgrades 


This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted by the Jamaican laws.

The ASP Corporation may display customer’s quote, company’s name and logo on The ASP Corporation marketing materials as well as on The ASP Corporation website.
Customers are limited to using reference program discounts on one single license for the VisionPoint Software. We will not exceed a maximum of five (5) calls per month.
